My experience has been the following: Horrible service. High Priced. Have had nannies not show up at all. The office has not returned calls, has given half hearted apologies or does not call to follow up. After trying them several times, I have had it! My recommendation is to avoid them at all costs. In my opinion, use this business as a last resort.
