Some of you may be familiar with the talented Sarah Waters who hosts the fantastic infant, toddler and preschool story times at Red Balloon in Saint Paul. Her classes are packed with reading, singing and early literacy skills. Did you know she has her own website and offers classes for little ones around the twin cities?
