Spoons Across America is a nation-wide organization that promotes healthy eating and the importance of family dinners. This site link provides you with an excellent list of reading resources, including cookbooks for kids, as well as cookbooks focusing on easy weeknight meals (many of which I found at the local library). The link also suggests book about nutrition, gardening and the obesity epidemic. If you purchase a book through their site, Spoons Across America receives a portion of the proceeds.
