This local fitness venue offers Mommy and Me Bootcamp classes (exercise with your infant). In addition, this beautiful studio offers a family yoga adventure class. Reservations are required & the cost is only $20 per family. This is a great way to bond with your yogi-to-be and to spend some quality time together! Some classes are even held at Minnehaha Park. Exercise, fresh air, the hope of regaining your abs…you can do it!

I love this place! The atmosphere, their mission and the classes are awesome, I would give this family owned, environmentally conscious studio 5 stars!
