If you are making a trip up north during any season of the year, be sure to visit The International Wolf Center in Ely. The mission of the center is “to increase the survival of wolf populations by teaching about wolves, their relationship to wild lands and the human role in their future”. The interpretive center is beautiful and offers views of live wolves as well as great displays in the center. Daily feedings offer the chance to see wolves up close. The center also offers additional educational programs. Admission is free for children under 3 and tops out at about $8 for adults.
