Part of the Walker Art Center, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is a great outdoor destination any time of the year. Check out the Walker’s website for classes for young children in the garden, or check out their Arty Pants program for toddlers on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month from 11am-1pm for parents and children ages 3-5. The ongoing program offers art projects, tours, films and story readings. Regular admission rates apply.

The first Saturday of each month is FREE for kids and families and there are many family activities planned on these days from 10am-3pm. You’ll find crafts, story times, demonstrations and other family-fun activities on these days.
