The Works is a hands-on museum that exposes families to engineering, science and technology in an interesting, understandable and fun manner. The Works’ unique exhibits and educational programs are designed for visitors ages 5 to 15 (our 3 year old and 17 month old loved it, too). Exhibits include topics such as Gears and Gizmos, Building with Structures and Shapes and Optical Technologies. Make a kaleidoscope, a fizz rocket, a noodle tower and more. The Works is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m plus the second Tuesday of each month from 10am-8pm. Special Family Activities change every month and are held from 1-3pm, and are free with $5 admission for adults and children ages 3 and over. Also check out their terrific birthday parties . You can purchase a family membership for $55 for the year.
Receive 2 FREE admissions with the Museum Adventure Pass available at any MELSA public library! For more info visit www.melsa.org/museumadventurepass

We loved the Works! Our 2-year-old had as much fun as the older kids.
